Install the app in your Teams account

1. Make sure the tenant is enabled to download custom Admin settings for apps in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs.
2. Check the option below. If it was disabled, then the policy will work within 24 hours, for the tenant administrator the changes are visible much faster, after 2-3 hours
3. follow the steps in the Upload section of the Upload your custom apps in the Microsoft Teams admin center - Microsoft Teams
4. by default, the application will be available to all users of the organization. To restrict access to the application to specific users and groups, you must create an application access policy. See details here Manage app permission policies in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams
5. Users who have access to the Teams app can now see the app in the organization's app store. To do this, go to the section Built for <organization name>
6. install the application personally, in a group chat, or a team. Notifications from Paser will be sent to the user, group chat members, or team, respectively.
